Get started
Follow Create your first video to use the Fablyn assistant in Studio or start from a design. To use your own assistant, follow Connect your agent for browser setup and account requirements.
Connection help
Tell us which assistant you use, its account plan, your browser and which step failed. Include the error text if you have it. This helps us distinguish a sign-in problem from an account restriction.
Product support
Email support@fablyn.app from the address used for your Fablyn account. Include the video's name and a clear description of the problem. Do not send card details, passwords or sign-in codes. We aim to respond within two business days.
Payments and subscriptions
Fablyn uses Stripe Managed Payments, with Stripe or a Stripe affiliate acting as merchant of record. Your receipt or Link order page is the quickest place to manage payment details, invoices, refunds and your subscription. You can also open subscription management from the Account page in Fablyn.
Privacy and account requests
Use the same support address for privacy, access, correction, deletion or account-closure requests. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting.
